Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working hours else cancellation fee will be applied.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is cancelling order then cancellation fee will be applied which could be between 4 to 5% of total order value.
No cancellation fee will applicable incase of mistake happens by us and will refund entire amount.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Returns Our policy last 3 days with valid reason (e.g. wrong product delivered) else return fee will be applicable which could be between 40-55%. If 1 day have gone by since product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging. Once box open then no return allow.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 8000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
